Enabled setup to run in unattended mode on provision of a URL

The setup script, setup.sh can now accept a new flag -u followed by a URL to create a configuration file non-interactively and then call makestaticsite.sh with the flag to build the site.

(Version 0.26.1 fixes some coding issues introduced in 0.26.)
