Packets with MPLS headers ignored in af_packet mirror mode

We have a problem when running FNM in af_packet mirror mode. Packets with MPLS headers are being ignored. Is this normal?
I also attach a sample pcap file in case it helps. Just remove the .log extension please. Github would not let my upload it otherwise.
