Exluding hidden dirs with "--exclude-dir" not working #1

Hi,

i tried using your tool because ampy has a similar issue.

If i copy a folder to my board that contains a .git folder and use the --exclude-dir flag to prevent copying said folder it isn't working.

Would be really great if that was fixed because ampy has the same issue.
