Related to modifying changelog in-place #2, the user should be able to limit the range of the generated contents with start and/or end commits/versions/dates.

More than limiting the generated contents, we should also be able to limit the commits being parsed, since it's probably the most consuming task. In a project without thousands of commit, git-changelog will probably choke.
