NextCloud meetups

It's not really an issue, but there's nowhere else to put it. If any major contributers (which is probably just Pawel at this point) wanted to go to a NextCloud meetups like https://nextcloud.com/blog/join-us-at-our-next-contributor-week/, we're happy to sponsor that (i.e. paid salary and travel).

I have made that offer, I don't think that's a route he wishes to follow, which is entirely his business, of course.
