Plugin dependency loading/unloading not reflected in Config Dialog

When a plugin A is depended on plugin B and we unload plugin B, than plugin A is also unloaded, but it's not reflected in Config Dialog (plugin A is still "checked" as if it was loaded, but if you close the Config Dialog and reopen it, the status is refreshed correctly).

Good example: to unload PdfExport plugin -> the Printing plugin is shown as still loaded, even though it was actually unloaded.
