Reverting JobManager removal because of the reported cases here: https://payara.atlassian.net/browse/FISH-6815 and https://payara.atlassian.net/browse/FISH-6947

Creating deployment groups with an instance and start payara-micro same port of the instance then start the deployment group and finally restart the server with success

Testing Environment

Ubuntu 20.04, Azul jdk 11, maven 3.8

I already tested the issues reported from the tickets: FISH-6815 and 6947, all looks good
