Make sure Christmas and New Year's Eve are counted as 0.5 workdays and adjust work balance
Make sure vacation is properly counted
Set behaviour with flag in the config.yaml or through kwargs
Ensure correct warnings about vacation balance at the end of the year

Check that current implementation works correctly for:

balance, if no vacation is taken at Xmas and kimai period ends between Xmas and New Year's Eve
vacation and balance is calculated correctly in both sessions, if session ends between Xmas and New Year's Eve
