[F] Shortcut to focus the navigation panel

Expected behaviour

Focus the navigation panel via a keyboard shortcut, just as is possible with the other panels via the F4,F5, ... keys.

Actual behaviour

You cannot do this for this specific panel, only for others:

• there is now a new shortcut F8 to jump to the navigation panel that
  jumps to its search field if it is enabled or to the the navigation tree if the
  search field was hidden (for #2093)

    for a list of all shortcuts

There now is a new release, could you please test it and report if it works for you?

with this patch, the focus works, but only if the panel is separate. if it is together with another panel, it will not work. I think this happens with all the others actually.

Yeah, I tried some things but had no success activating the panel if it was moved to another tab. If you find something let me know. Meanwhile I'll close this.
