It looks like all of your site patterns are AAAA, so the program is saying that there is no variation in your data. If you want to send me your input data file and map then I can check those out to see if I can spot what may be going on. You can also double check to make sure that your data and map are formatted according to the documentation: HyDe Data Files

From your results there are no SSBW, FJC, or ZJC populations so I'm not sure I can help determine if something is a hybrid here. Your results definitely make it seem like something is wrong with the input data, so I don't think you can conclude anything from the results that you have right now. Also, could you please just respond to this issue that is still open. I closed the other ones so that we can discuss the issue in a single place instead of having to manage multiple conversations.
