- Bump nightly version
- Re-organize stack resolver files
- Disable new warning in 9.8
We use partial functions liberally in tests.
Disabling the warning by pragma fails on older GHCs, and doing it (conditionally) in `stack.yaml` or `package.yaml` is too broad. Using non-exhaustive pattern matching is a common tactic too.
