including rawhide - not just on latest stable
It is a test attribute, not test plan atribute https://tmt.readthedocs.io/en/stable/spec/tests.html#framework
"Sanity tests" is not very informative, "Backup and restore tests" is better.
Move plans under tests and use a more intuitive name for the backup and restore test plan.
