Coverage remained the same at 68.209% when pulling 34fc901 on eyal0:orient_all_segments into f9865cd on pcb2gcode:master.

Given an input of linestrings where each has just two points, remove
repeats.  This works a little better than std::unique because it knows
about directional segments.
