Adding alphamissense and other annotations from the latest dbNSFP #86

The latest dbNSFP includes annotations for AlphaMissense and other things that did not exist before. However, if I download the latest dbNSFP, build it, and then use it to annotate:

java -jar SnpSift.jar dbnsfp -v -db dbNSFP4.5a.txt.gz myFile.vcf > output.vcf

I don't seem to get any of the new stuff. Is it possible to get the new annotations of dbNSFP4.5a?
