Closing this for now, since it cannot be done until Polar implement power sensor support in the V800. Will re-open all issues tagged as "needs power support" when that happens.

Note, we don't actually have any acceleration test data - nor is it
obvious how to attain any :|

This commit includes relevant XML schema copied verbatim from
http://www8.garmin.com/xmlschemas/AccelerationExtensionv1.xsd
