What to do if I previously created a bug with ICEsoft?

You can create the issue in the issue track here and we'll do our best to get it resolved. Make sure to check if the issue is still present before creating a new ticket.

Which versions of java a supported?

Officially we support Oracle's JDK 11 but the library can be compiled with OpenJDK all the way up the the latest version. See comments in the Gradle build scripts if you need support for modules.

I cannot upload a file, how can I get my issue fixed?

I sample file is generally needed for most issues but in some cases uploading the file to a public forum isn't possible. In such cases enable 'finest' level debugging and append the logs to the issue tracker. Keep in mind even logs can have sensitive data so make sure to scrub the logs for patient names or other sensitive data.
