Pin the html5lib requirement on *out* requirements before pip install…

…ing bleach, else you don't want to know (read bellow). Ok, so html5lib-1.01-alpha breaks bleach-clean. If we include the bleach requirement before having html5lib 0.95 installed, it will now install 1.01 then nothing is going to work. Fun he? I hate computers
