Seeing as the repository was renamed.

The api repository was presumably intended to be generic, for all
languages.
Instead, we switched to creating one per language, so have renamed this
generic repository to be the Go API repository instead.
Also, simplify the paths by removing the go directory, as no hierarchy
of languages is needed now.
