Fetch metadata from the current watch #17

After watch connects, we should fetch:

  • Model
  • Color
  • Firmware version

of the watch and make it available inside phone app (for the display in the "My Watch" menu and for AppMessage purposes).

* change connection state status to cold stream

This fixes #17

* use existing PebbleWatchModel enum
