An example application for testing file transfer rates

Setup

1. Update the source and destination SFTP connection details
2. Upload and run in CloudHub (it uses CloudHub custom metrics to log transfer rates)
3. Ensure that the source and destination SFTP servers have a dir /upload
4. Upload some files to the source SFTP server in the dir /upload
5. Create some custom dashboards in CloudHub to graph file transfer rates
