This fix allows to prevent saving incorrect object_database on disk during failing initialization.
Original Bitshares issue is bitshares/bitshares-core#946
This original issue is fixed with GRPH-75 #101 already, but similar issues are still possible, so I've backported several Bitshares commits that introduce special flag in
object_databasepreventing the database in invalid state from saving.
