This release fixes the align-protein-sequences task to produce the score_ascii file.

This release fixes the check-input-files step to remove sequences containing ambiguous positions from the input files. Also, this step now excludes from the analysis all files containing less than 4 sequences, putting them in the input/2_modified_excluded/2_min_sequences directory.

This release also updates Compi to version 1.3.8 and fixes the tabulate-results task to remove the correct results file at the beginning of the task.
