npm package readme is missing

Description

At the moment the project npm page is missing a readme.
Think it would be a good idea to have one.

I'm not sure why there isn't a readme:

• https://unpkg.com/pegjs@0.9.0/ has a readme
• https://unpkg.com/pegjs@0.10.0/ has no readme
• https://unpkg.com/pegjs@0.11.0-dev.225/ has a readme

The NPM page won't be updated until a new release, but I haven't decided when to do that (after all the issues in the v0.11 milestone are complete, or before, then pushing remaining issues to the next release after that, whether it's v0.12 or v1)

This is easily fixed without waiting by checking out 0.10, branching, re-adding the README, and publishing, then merging when 0.11 is ready
