blur6 is a desktop theme with transparency and blur for the KDE Plasma Desktop. The goal is to create a consistent theme for the kde plasma user experience starting from the login screen till the shutdown dialog.

blur6 is heavily inspired and build around Helium Plasma Theme by mcder and Helium_Wallpaper (4K) by Gfxcoorpinc .

blur6 includes a matching window theme for the kvantum engine based on the colors used by Helium.

blur6 comes with a fitting aurorae window decoration theme to match the kvantum theme.

blur6 includes a konsole theme based on the Helium colors which I use for the terminal panel in Dolphin file manager and a separate color scheme for the regular konsole window based on the colors of the wallpaper I use.

- Clone or download the repository.
blur6 aurorae theme
- Move the folder aurorae to /home/yourname/.local/share/
- Go to System Settings > Application Style > Window Decorations and select blur6
blur6 kvantum theme
- make sure you have kvantum installed
- Move the folder Kvantum/blur6 to /home/yourname/.config/Kvantum/
- open Kvantum Manager > Change/Delete Theme and select blur6
konsole color schemes
- move the contents of the folder konsole to /home/yourname/.local/share/konsole
- open konsole > Settings > Edit Current Profile... > Appearance select blurKonsole or blurDolphin
Note: I use blurKonsole for my regurlar Konsole and yakuake windows and on a different profile I use blurDolphin for the Terminal panel in Dolphin File manager. blurKonsole.colorscheme is based on the wallpaper colors. blurDolphin.colorscheme is based on the helium colorscheme and integrates well with the overall look of Dolphin.
