This is a new major version release, including various bug fixes and performance improvements, as well as updated translations.

Mandatory Update

Everyone must upgrade the wallet to the new version. You don't need to resync the blockchain. Just upgrade the wallet program. The checkpoints have been updated due to a softfork at 1038330 height.
