Temporary layer lock failure

Describe the bug
When a locked layer or element in a group is moved out of the group, its locked status does not work,.until the layer loses focus, the locked status takes effect.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new shape
2. Merge shapes into a group
3. Locking shapes in a group
4. Move a shape out of a group
5. Shapes can still be adjusted and moved
6. until a shape loses focus, its locked state returns to normal

Expected behavior
When the content is moved out of the group, the original locking status should take effect immediately.

You're right, this is a weird behavior with layer locking.
