Update to v.1.1.0.1

This release brings a fix to Windows wallet version.

In this version a support for uPnP is added to allow windows users participate in network growth and get a better connectivity overall.
Also in this version we address a Super Block propagation throughout the network.

All users are requested to:

1. Stop the wallet if it is running,
2. Create a wallet.dat file backup,
3. Delete everything else from datadir folder except wallet.dat file,
4. Start up a wallet & re-sync the full chain.

For those with low PC specs and/or low internet speeds - bootstrap.zip file, attached to this release, can be downloaded & extracted into cleared datadir folder.

REMEMBER: Your wallet is in your possession and in your control, and it's safety is in your own hands! Keep a backups on a separate safe storage!
