merges the Robotlegs AS3 Micro-Architecture with BulkLoader's asset loading tools and XML parsing.

INSTALLATION
This is an AS3 library, a compiled swc is included.  It is built to be referenced independently, as a module.  See LIBARARIES below for referenced libraries.  Run test/BulkyLegsTestSuite.as to assess basic operation.
