On the Web GUI for status items add an animated effect to show values that have recently changed (perhaps within the last five seconds). Reported by Trixi.

Not a bad idea 😁
but be aware that a couple of flags ("Waiting for trigger" and "Sensor active For Acquisition") normally toggle repeatedly when an acquisition is running...
One could think about treating them in a different way, but this is not democracy...

@lstebel This is all going to happen in the GUI, so if you can give a list then I can make it happen. Also, please tell me if any should be red instead of green when active?
