Could you make a github Release, so that upgrade-fw can be used?

It's pre-alpha release. Just copy .fw file to /root and run:

upgrade-fw /root/*.fw

I'm` trying to update but I'm still 15 after the reboot.

`login as: root
root@192.168.1.30's password:

Welcome to SATIP-AXE server 201810211549-15

~ # upgrade-fw /root/satip-axe-201910081157-16.fw
Preparing to flash - killing minisatip, unmounting USB sticks
killall: minisatip: no process killed
Verifying... Dumping current flash contents.
Verify OK. Flash write successful.
Type 'reboot' now...
~ # reboot

Using it for some time now without any issue. Looks very good and stable for a pre-Alpha.

Looking forward for a alpha or beta :)
