Breaking

• --index-exclude and --report-exclude options now accept Bash version 4 glob syntax. Therefore, recursive globs "**" are now supported.

Enhancements

• SwiftUI @(UI/NS)ApplicationDelegateAdaptor wrapped properties and now retained.
• All file types can now be excluded from indexing.
