Pod-Simple-3.37 tar ball contains lib/Pod/Escapes.pm and patch.bak/0001-Bump-VERSION-to-3.37.patch

Pod-Simple-3.37 tar ball seems to bundle some garbage. Namely these files:

• lib/Pod/Escapes.pm
• patch.bak/0001-Bump-VERSION-to-3.37.patch

The files should be removed from the archive. Especially overriding Pod::Escapes module that belongs to Pod-Escapes distributions is cumbersome.

That's interesting. make dist I guess doesn't look at the manifest. I'll do it forthwith

I have uploaded a 3.38 TRIAL1. Since I screwed up last time, I'm hoping you can look at it and verify it's correct before I make an official version Thanks
