Re-do tests for Str.split/split()

This should exercise just about every nook and cranny of Str.split
with all permutations of the new named parameters.  Note that the
number of tests has halved: that's because most of those tests are
actually a subtest doing 41 tests.  So we're really doing ~2K tests!
