Description

• Use unix_ar package to extract the deb file on systems that are missing dpkg-deb in path.
• Bundle deb-constrictor to build deb package purely with python.
• Remove control file, and generate it with constrictor.
• Move postinst and postrm scripts to DEBIAN folder. (updated MANIFEST.in accordingly)
