add Chinese lang config pack, fix the nav meta for all English page #138

already added part of the Chinese translation, but hide the language switcher before all is translated.
fix the nav meta bug, as before just click on the next/pre link just jump to the parent chapter instead of the next page.
fix a lot of typo while translating into Chinese

More translation is comming! After all done, I will show the language switcher with Chinese
