Adding automatic selection of captain's armbands based on simple color-matching algorithm - for those competitions that have their own captain's armbands.

Changed default behaviour of handling sleeve badges for "CompKits": Kitserver is no longer hiding them. This is done so that Kitserver plays nicely with the new SleeveBadge-ArmbandServer module by Hawke and juce.

(Old behaviour - where Kitserver moves the badges out of view - is still achievable with an option in global "config.txt". See README.md for details)
