Stacktrace option docs

This is the documentation updates for pester/Pester#1975.

Work in progress, so marked as draft for now.

Hi @ArmaanMcleod. All files under docs/commands (Command Reference) are generated from the module using the comment-based help as source. They will be updated in a PR on next stable release. 👍

PRs here are only required for the other pages. Ex if we'd like a Usage\Output-page showing the different output verbosity levels, the new stacktraceverbosity etc. That might not be covered yet.
