Think you can add a mode to the scroller to scroll through all 16 data values instead of just the set ones?

Add simple scroll option (semi-hidden) (issue #30)

Allows for administrator to bypass supported scroll values for items and
simply scroll through all 16 possible values. Also if wish scroll
through all 16 values for all blocks. Documented in help/scroll.txt but
not added to config.yml by default.
