Update pip packages interactively

Backup list of environment's installed pip packages to requirements.txt

Run development web server

Run interactive Django shell

Create Django database schema

Save schema with South

Apply schema migration

Run PostgreSQL shell
$ psql -U <POSTGRES_USER>
Create database

Connect to database

Start PostgreSQL process (for Mac development only)
