Alter update and setup scripts to talk to a configurable host and deploy to kodos
Switch to Que for background jobs
Deploy to Heroku
- copy acme key, secret key base, etc
Switch kodos configuration to point at Heroku and force a setup
Ensure all hosts come back up on Heroku
Shut down app on kodos
