The documentation and defaults of the parameters for get_settings_profile, and the description within the documentation for run_diagnostics where it says "Profiles across female m, steepness, and R0" appear to suggest the profiling code works only for these three parameters. Ive tested for others and it appears to work fine for any parameter in the model. It can work for any parameter right? If so, I think we can be more clear that any parameter can be used.
