…on within a PBI env. This fix is inspired by pfsense@5467c41 It's not a perfect fix as it doesn't follow the spirit of LCDPROC_CONFIG (does not translate the directory), but it gets the job done. LCDPROC_CONFIG isn't likely to change anyways.

Version will also need updating in the older pkg_config etc files to keep it in sync.

Symlink the configuration into the appropriate PBI root so LCDd can find it.
