Make "using" and "with check" fields in create/edit RLS policy a textarea instead of input so it's easier to work with complicated and long queries.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Leave IT forever to become sheep herder

The dialog currently looks like this:

As you can notice, when RLS policies become complicated, it becomes cumbersome to edit this field.
