Updated build.properties to contain the sonatype urls. Updated build.xml so that gpg signing works for each accompanying artifact type. Updated pom.xml to allow templated group and artifact ids.

Updated to allow GPG signing of artifacts to work correctly. Tested against a local Nexus repository. Needs confirmation against Sonatype staging repository by a committer on the pgjdbc project. Fixes #14 |
./org/postgresql/test/README says the default password for unit tests is 'test', but the default was actually 'password'
Having two copies is just going to invite drift.
The old code had hardcoded a comma, but that's not true for all datatypes. Identification and fix by sumo in pull request pgjdbc#49, testcase by me.
Created a templated pom.xml which has the correct JDBC string templated by the build.xml script.
