Loading the bundle in OSGi w/o the enterprise version is noisy. This may lead the user to believe this is a problem, although none exists.

Printing the stacktrace in pgjdbc/src/main/java/org/postgresql/osgi/PGBundleActivator.java is too much. A debug message at this point should be enough.
