Tool used (pick one):

  • PiHole

While using Microsoft Outlook on work issued Mac and connecting to corporate email servers, an error comes up that the certificate is revoked and it will not connect. I am not seeing the same behavior on personal computer.

Outlook connecting to and syncing with Exchange servers hosted in Azure will not connect.

The 'officeclient.microsoft.com' entry was found to be the rule that was breaking this. After adding it to the allow list, Outlook started syncing immediately.

@godscry are you using the new cloud-based outlook or the classic one?

Thank you. Unfortunately, I can't control what work requirements are.
