…just one instance, changing the name would break all ASTs. This PR makes sure that #name: can not be used to change the name of the ReservedVariable by accident.

ReservedVariable subclasses set the name in #initialize. As there is just one instance, changing the name would break all ASTs.
This PR makes sure that #name: can not be used to change the name of the ReservedVariable by accident.
