Reproduce http://jsfiddle.net/oyxbL16t/21/ @ version "phaser": "3.12.0-beta2",

In "phaser": "^3.11.0", the bug happened when you changed the zoom.

This is a duplicate of #3903 so I'm going to close this, as that's the original issue. Please track that one to see when it's resolved.
