Review issues for possible inclusion in Prototype milestone.

The GitHub issues listed below seem like significant problems that are not currently included in the Prototype milestone. And PhET doesn't typically like to publish sims with issues like these.

@arouinfar @kathy-phet please take another look at these GitHub issues. Please comment in the individual issues.

Incorrect behavior:

• Second light source can be dragged to the right of the lens. #58
• Odd looking Principal Rays #93
• Incorrect geometry is sometimes drawn for rays. #209

Assertion failures (all in kite, all in @jonathanolson's wheelhouse):

• CT: assertion failure in Graph.computeWindingMap #72
• CT: Assertion failed: matrix should not map plane to a line or point #155
• Assertion failed in Spotlight.getIntersection() #156
• Spotlight.getIntersection() results in assertion failure in kite. #163
• CT: cannot normalize a zero-magnitude vector #178

9/30/21 design meeting:

We'll skip the "Assertion failure" issues for the prototype. They probably don't crash the sim in practice.

For the "Incorrect behavior" issues:

• Second light source can be dragged to the right of the lens. #58 yes
• Odd looking Principal Rays #93 close
• Incorrect geometry is sometimes drawn for rays. #209 probably moot
