plotClusterTrajectories() to use logic of plotTrajectories() for showing trajectories #65

Currently, separate logic is implemented for showing trajectories in plotClusterTrajectories().

Both functions would be easier to use if they were based on the same underlying logic. This makes it easier to add visualization options in the future, such as a ribbon plot or distributional curves.
